Pineapple & jalapeรฑo infused cocktail with Dos Hombres mezcal, fresh pineapple juice, and smoked blue agave nectar. Garnished with a slice of fresh pineapple and a jalapeno spear. The glass is rimmed with a handmade dust of guajillo pepper, and sea salt.
