“We wanted to offer plant-based items on our Sunday Brunch menu because we saw that there was a demand for them” in Lake View, Chicago, especially Mexican style.

Watch as Cesar’s Killer Margaritas features its brunch menu on WGN 9 Chicago. Showcasing many of their brunch food and drink menu items including plant-based (meatless) soyrizo and papas tacos, chilaquiles, steak and eggs, micheladas, mimosas, and more!

LuLu Duran and Israel Sanchez are cooking up some of their weekend brunch items and the aroma in the studio is “so good.” Frying up Mexican-style hashbrowns, chorizo, and eggs while serving micheladas that are also available as non-alcoholic. Sourced from local Chicago vendors, trying to keep it as fresh as possible.

It’s all about finding the right balance of spices, don’t overdo it.
