Located within Boys Town and equipped with 3 dining areas, a Una Mas cocktail lounge, 3 full bars, a rooftop deck, an outdoor patio, and more.
Our family-owned Mexican restaurant serves up a sweet-n-savory lunch, weekend brunch, delicious and affordable dinner, PLUS handmade dessert the way our great-grandmother made it! Watching your figure? Cesar’s on Broadway and Oakdale in Lakeview offers a Light Side menu that is low in calories, but BIG on flavor. This place knocked our socks off and we still haven’t been able to put them back on. We were originally seated at the bar, where it was quite crowded. And then Juan pulled us aside and asked if we’d like a table after seeing it was a bit tight. Juan introduced himself and took the time to talk to us, as well as brought out multiple margarita flavors for us to try. We got the elotes to start, followed by the fajitas and super burrito. Food was delicious and fresh. Service was immaculate. And Juan was amazing, no wonder he has been there 22 years! Highly recommend for casual Mexican.

Had an awesome experience at Cesar’s which can be attributed to our amazing server Kate!! She demonstrated her extensive menu knowledge when helping us place our orders (we are an indecisive group!) all with a friendly persona and a smile on her face. My husband and I used to work in the restaurant industry and recognize stellar service when we see it. The food was also very good although the sizing of the margaritas is quite misleading. I was expecting the large to be just that - large - and was disappointed at the sizing.

Back again! Adan & Sandy are superb! Amazing customer service, great food, the best margaritas on the planet! And the Sopa de Fidel is insanely delicious. This is my favorite restaurant. Will continue to come & highly recommend!
