The Freshest Ingredients
At Cesar’s Killer Margaritas we pride ourselves in hand making every item on our menu. The same way that your Abuelita (Grandma) would, never store bought, frozen or pre-made. We make by hand over 50 items on our menu down to the simplest menu items. Even our chips and salsa are handmade! Cesar’s takes the freshest ingredients, prepare them according to our family recipes, and add a dash of inspiration to prepare a scrumptious dining experience with something for everyone.

Serving frozen or pre-made food has never been our style. For over 20 years we have been serving authentic, handmade appetizers, entrees, Mexican favorites and desserts. From the chips and salsa, to the tortillas and sauces, we use family recipes that have been passed down through the generations.

Welcome to Cesar’s Home of the Killer Margaritas, located in the heart of Chicago’s Boys Town on the corner of Broadway and Oakdale. Our Mexican restaurant is equipped with 3 dining areas, a full bar, a cocktail lounge, and an outdoor patio.
Just like the neighborhood, this location is lively and energetic. We have spacious rooms, comfortable seating for dining and lounging, fantastic music, and a killer staff. On those warm summer days and nights, we open our outdoor patio and rooftop deck so you can enjoy the weather as you enjoy our food and drinks.

Staff is always very nice and food came out fast. It was a little loud in there but that’s most restaurants these days. Someone was celebrating a birthday and the instrument they used to alert everyone they were about to sing happy birthday was one of the loudest things I have ever heard. Literally scared everyone around us, we were all reeling from shock with how loud it was.
Anyways, will be back. The margs are good, but you would expect that from a place that is known for margs.

- Tastes really fresh and fruity but not fake
- 16 Flavors to choose from: Mango, Strawberry, Lime, Raspberry, Blueberry, Guava, Tamarindo, Peach, Chamoy, Coconut, Blue Caracao, Banana, Jamaica, Horchata, Blood Orange Passionfruit
- Rim Choices: Salt, Chilli Salt, Tajin, No Salt or Sugar
- Huge Sizes, mine was the large 12oz one. It's the same price as normal cocktails out there but 3x the size.

"My cousin and I found this place on #TikTok and thought it would be nice to try. Immediately upon sitting down, we got the best waiter ever, Alfonzo.
Alfonzo was so kind, so helpful, and actually paid attention and listened to us! He helped us pick items and even suggested these bomb plant-based #AlPastor tacos for me. I told him I was #vegetarian and he laid out all the options for me with no hesitation.
He was more than patient when it came to answering our questions and on top of all that the food was great!! I give this place a 10/10, and having Alfonzo is a must. He really the MVP!! My cousin tried the #BirriaTacos, a hit."
